Changes:
All products purchased through our Online Store may be exchanged within 15 days of receiving the order, by presenting the purchase confirmation email with the order number.
- To process the exchange, the product must be unused, in perfect condition, and include its original packaging. Otherwise, we reserve the right to deny the exchange.
- If the order was delivered outside of Buenos Aires (Capital Federal), shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We will only cover shipping if the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Prices considered will be those in effect at the time of purchase, not at the time of exchange.
RETURNS:
- If a product arrives defective or damaged, we will proceed with a full refund, provided the claim is made within 10 days of the purchase date.
- If a product shows a defect within 45 days after purchase, please contact us via email, Instagram DM, or WhatsApp so we can assess the issue and determine whether a refund or exchange applies. After 45 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
- Defects or anomalies caused by external factors (impacts, scratches, drops, broken crystals, loss of plating color, broken soldered links, etc.) are not covered, as they are not considered manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover failures caused by improper or incorrect use, or failure to follow the maintenance instructions provided on our website and product packaging.
